Arrival and Departure Dates

Please make sure you check the dates of your booking carefully on your booking confirmation.

Child & Extra Persons Policies

Infants under 1 year of age are free of charge. All other children or adults incur a tariff of $15 per child per night.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $20.00 per unit/site booked applies to all bookings. Deposits for bookings cancelled less than two weeks prior to arrival will not be refunded unless the unit/site can be refilled, less the $20.00 cancellation fee, per unit/site cancelled.

Deposits

A deposit of one nights stay is required to confirm all bookings, except bookings between 26th Dec and 12th Jan, where full payment will be requied by the 10th Dec.

Balance of Accounts

Payable on arrival, sorry no reduction for early departure or late arrivals. Additional guests to those booked will incur additional charges. Any reduction in the number of guests will not be refunded, and full payment for those people may be required

Methods of Payment

Deposits can be made by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or direct to bank account. If you book through our online booking system then credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Batercard) is required. Balance of payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Batercard, Eftpos or cash on arrival.

After 2pm (please advise if you are arriving later than 8.00pm, so that we can arrange late arrival instructions and gate access).

Tariff/Prices

Our Tariff/Prices are reviewed yearly for the new season starting June/July each year, please be aware prices may change when booking in advance from one season to the next and the new rates will apply.
